How do the bees make honey ?

The bees sucks the nectar from the flowers and swallow them. Special enzymes in the bees crop act on the nectar whereby the sugars in it undergo a chemical change and large amount of water is removed from the nectar. The product that results from these chemical changes is honey which is put into the honeycombs to ripen.
